On Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

The Centre For LexTax and IBC (CLTIBC), Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, is pleased to announce the launch of the Certificate Course / Value Added Course on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

The course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, along with recent developments and practical dimensions of insolvency law and practice. Through expert-led sessions, case law analysis, and application-oriented learning, the programme aims to strengthen both conceptual clarity and professional competence in the field.
