Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai is pleased to organize Padma Vibhushan N.A. Palkhivala Memorial National Virtual Moot Court Competition & Research Paper Competition, 2022 in association with All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (Western Zone), Income-tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association – Mumbai & Goods and Services Tax Practitioners’ Association – Maharashtra.
The Moot Court Competition and Research Paper Competition is an initiative that has been introduced to increase student engagement with taxation law. It will be conducted from 24-27 November 2022.
The Moot's goal is to stimulate research, analytical thinking, and interest in commercial law, and the Organizing Committee is looking forward to seeing significant participation.
