The Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration and Mediation (PG-DAM) is a one-year, practice-oriented programme offered by the Centre for Arbitration and Research, Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. The programme is designed to equip students and professionals with contemporary knowledge and practical skills in arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
