The Centre for Maritime Law and Research - CMLR conducts training programs, conferences, workshops and seminars in the field of maritime law & insurance.
It aims to address the concerns of the shipping industry, seafarers, maritime insurance and also coastal security. The Centre serves as a hub for research, policy dialogue, and capacity building in all matters related to the Indian Ocean and maritime governance.
