Dr. Abhijit Rohi is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. He has been with MNLU Mumbai since 2016. Prior to joining MNLU Mumbai, he was a member of faculty at the School of Law, Christ University (SLCU) Bengaluru.
He holds a Master's degree in Law (LLM) from NUJS, Kolkata where he was a recipient of merit based Saroja Gopalkrishnan Scholarship. He also holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru in the domain of Informational Privacy Law. He jurisprudentially explores the impact of technological developments on rights.
