Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is hosting its Annual Conference on Law of the Seas on the theme "UNCLOS at 40" to mark the fortieth anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
This conference aims to bring together academicians and professionals from across the country to debate and analyse the successes and shortcomings of UNCLOS over the past 40 years as well as its continued relevance in contemporary maritime law.
This will be a unique opportunity for participants to present high-quality academic research. Selected papers will be considered for publication in a special peer-reviewed issue.
Platform: Webex shall be used for paper presentation and conduct of the conference.
