Mr. Sham Nivrutti Gulve is serving as Assistant Registrar (I/c) and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) - Administration at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He is also an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University.

He has completed his MA in Political Science, qualified NET JRF and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. Prior to joining MNLU Mumbai, he served as In-Charge Head of Department (HOD) at Wilson College, Mumbai, one of the prestigious colleges in Mumbai. He brings rich academic and administrative experience to the University.

Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Registrar (I/c) and OSD - Administration, he oversees the overall administration of the University including general administration, establishment matters, personnel management, coordination with various departments, and implementation of University policies. As an academician, he teaches Political Science and contributes to research in the Indo-Pacific region.
