Prof. Shraddha Gaikwad is an Assistant Professor of Sociology and Faculty Convenor of the Centre For Women, Child Rights and Gender Justice at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai.

She specializes in the field of Feminist and Gender Studies. Prior to joining MNLU Mumbai, she was employed as Assistant Professor at University of Mumbai and has taught at various renowned Universities & colleges.

She has qualified UGC-NET and SET of Maharashtra and Goa States for lectureship. She is also a Certified Google Educator and POSH Trainer and has qualified British Council CEFR with Upper Immediate level in English Proficiency.

Prof. Shraddha brings skills of Quality Academic writing, Student education counseling, and strives to create and foster an enriching teaching, learning and research environment with a gender sensitive spirit.
