About

Mrs. Uma Bhattad is an Intellectual Property Rights Specialist with an overall experience of twenty five years in both academia and practice in the field of IPR.

She began her career as a lecturer at NBT Law College in Nashik, where she pioneered teaching IPR subject for LLB and B.A. LLB courses. After seven years in academia, she moved on to IPR practice.

For the past ten years she has built a clientele of MSMEs, Students, Institutes, and Industry to whom she has assisted in securing their IPRs and providing strategic IPR advisory.
