About

Mr. Milind Bhaskar Gawai is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He holds B.S.L., LL.B., LL.M. degrees and has qualified NET in Law.

His academic interests lie in Constitutional Law, Judicial Process, Women & Law and Research Methodology. He brings both research and teaching experience from premier institutions.

With prior experience as a Research Fellow and Assistant Professor, he focuses on connecting classroom teaching with contemporary legal developments and social justice issues.

Ongoing Research Project:

Working on research project on "Judicial Response to Anti-defection Law in India". The project examines judicial interpretations, constitutional challenges and impact of the Tenth Schedule on Indian democracy.
