Dr. Sayalee S. Surjuse is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai with nearly nine years of cumulative teaching and research experience.

She was awarded a Ph.D. by Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, in 2025 in the domain of Constitutional Law. She is UGC-NET and SET qualified in Law.

Her academic interests include Constitutional Law, Comparative Public Law, Gender Rights, and Anti-Discrimination Law. She has been invited as a resource person for lectures and academic sessions at various institutions and training programs.
