Research Approach: Her work has a robust approach to modernisation and its impact on laws affecting individuals, organisations and government, leading to social, economic, and political changes in society. She critically analyzes laws in present situations and identifies loopholes that impact society overall.

Teaching Philosophy

Dr. Nanda’s teaching philosophy is to make students' learning grounded while giving them practical application through a continuous process of teaching-learning connected to day-to-day life.

She incorporates methodologies where students thoroughly apply the law to given problems, using live classroom illustrations. This helps students connect the relevance of law through problem solving and transition from novice to expert thinking to resolve problems under various provisions of law.
