About

Dr. Khan is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai with 8 years of teaching and research experience in legal education.

Prior to joining MNLU Mumbai, he was working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur where he was an active member of the Academic Planning Committee, Moot Court Committee, Exam Committee etc. He has also served as Head of Department at Kalinga University, Raipur.

Dr. Khan has actively participated as a member of different organizing committees in International/National Conferences, Seminars, Moot Court Competitions, Debate Competitions, Workshops, Training etc. He has also been invited as a Resource Person and for paper presentations in Seminars and Conferences.
