Dr. Anand Raut is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He is a merit holder in LL.M. and a founding faculty of Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai.

He holds NET, Ph.D. (Law) and an Advanced Diploma in Cyber Law. His areas of expertise include Information Technology Law, Competition Law, Cyber Law, Contract Law and Research Methodology.

Dr. Raut is actively involved in academic governance and research, with a focus on technology law and legal education.
