Dr. Jagdish Wamanrao Khobragade joined Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, as an Associate Professor of Law in 2025. With over 13 years of teaching experience in the field of law, his areas of interest encompass Labour Laws, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Public Health, Social Inclusion, Maritime Laws, and Human Rights.

He was awarded a Ph.D. by Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, for his thesis titled 'Patent Regime and Access to Medicine: A Human Rights Approach' in 2023. He is also faculty advisor to Legal Aid Centre since 2021 and Nodal Officer of Pro Bono Club, MNLU, Nagpur.
