TYPES OF SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED:

    The MNLU Mumbai Law Journal invites original, unpublished manuscripts from all academicians, authors, legal professionals, and Law students in the following categories:

    I. Long Articles (3,500-10,000 words, Excluding footnotes)

    Submissions in this category are expected to provide a comprehensive and rigorous engagement with the chosen theme and its existing literature. Authors are expected to demonstrate a mastery over the subject matter by navigating both established theories and contemporary developments

    II. Essays/Short Articles (1,200-3,500 words, Excluding footnotes)

    Essays/short articles are more concise in scope and are focused on a particular issue and offer new perspectives and critical insights on the selected topic.

    III. Case Studies/Comment and Legislative Comments (1200-3500 words)

    This category is meant for the analysis of any contemporary judicial pronouncement, legislative action, or policy proposal. Notes and Comments must trace the line of cases in which the decision appears and comment on its implications on the evolution of that branch of law.

    IV Book Review (1000- 3000 Words)

    In this category the authors are expected to write original, impartial, actual and specific book review on any book related with law and contemporary issues. It is expected from the author to maintain professionalism during making any comment on the book..
